Natureversity Outdoor School
Business
Natureversity’s classrooms, camps, and outings serve more than 750 kids annually, bridging outdoor naturalist studies with survival skills to foster a deep connection with the natural world. Students learn problem solving and survival skills through hands-on activities, helping them build confidence to thrive in the outdoors. They partner with local nonprofits such as the Texas River School, Master Naturalists, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and Ecology Action to bring kids outside and learn how to be stewards of their environment. They share meaningful ways students can care for their parks and natural areas, including hosting river clean ups.
Students are given the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by continuing as counselors in training. The school also provide adult education and instructor education opportunities. Natureversity brings families from different communities together and provides scholarship opportunities.
