Webinar with Judi Harrington, Houston Zoo

In architecture, intentional design focuses on creating spaces that are purposeful from planning to implementation. Every feature is carefully selected with a clear understanding of purpose. Building a successful volunteer program is no different! A program that is supportive, meaningful, and engaging is built with a clear understanding of what your organization needs and what the volunteers will do.

In this webinar, we’ll examine some of the foundational pieces of volunteer programming: recruitment, engagement, and training. What are the considerations that go into designing each? What tools are needed to build a program that supports the work of your organization?
