Aim-to-Float: San Antonio’s Story of a TPWD CO-OP Grant Program

Webinar with the City of San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department

The session will cover the story of the San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department’s Aim to Float program as part of a Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TWPD) Community Outdoor Outreach Program (CO-OP) grant to provide an archery and kayaking program for youth from historically underserved communities of low income and color in San Antonio.

During this session, attendees will hear about the successes, challenges, and lessons learned from the grant process and implementing the outdoor recreation program.
